- HealthFirst Receivable Outsourcing (HeRO) provides patient account management, outsourcing and complete account follow-up services. By outsourcing billing and subsequent follow-up to HealthFirst, providers are able to focus on what matters most—their patients.
- HealthFirst Loans (HFL) provides 100% direct to provider funding for self-pay account balances in addition to facilitating all subsequent billing and account communication. Available 0% int.
- HealthFirst Solutions (HFS) is a medical financing card for self-pay medical balances. Extended payment terms at 0% (with interest option) create alternatives for patients and providers.
Professional Credit Service, a division of Hawes Financial Group, has been providing compassionate healthcare collections to major healthcare systems throughout the Pacific Northwest for over 75 years. PCS is fully HIPAA and FDCPA compliant and we understand that collecting on past-due healthcare accounts requires specialized care. We work with courts to offer special programs designed to give debtors the opportunity to pay off old tickets at a discount and regain their driving privileges. We always protect the image of our clients in the eyes of the public while working to recover past-due revenue.
Utility Companies
Hawes Financial Group has a strong relationship with the public and private utility companies in central Oregon. Professional Credit Service, a division of Hawes Financial Group, works with some of the largest utility companies in the region, helping recovery on past-due accounts.
